When Refunds Are Available

1. Not Approved by the Doctor
- If you are not approved for a Rhode Island medical marijuana certification during your evaluation, you will receive a full refund of your consultation fee.
2. Appointment Cancellations
- Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance may qualify for a refund or free rescheduling.
- Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment may not qualify for a refund.
3. Billing Errors or Duplicate Payments
- If a duplicate charge or technical billing error occurs, a full refund will be issued once verified.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Some fees and services are non-refundable in accordance with Rhode Island’s medical cannabis regulations:
- State registration fees paid directly to the Rhode Island Office of Cannabis Regulation (OCR) are non-refundable.
- Missed appointments or “no-shows.”
- Patients who are approved by a physician but do not complete their state application.
